Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated

In short: StrengthCalc has no accounts, sets no cookies and shows no ads. We count visits with cookie-free, privacy-focused analytics. The calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are not sent to us.

Who we are

This policy covers StrengthCalc (the “site”, “we”, “us”), operated independently by Muhammad Khuzaima. Contact: strengthcalc.team@outlook.com.

Information we do not collect

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analyticsto understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage, and we only see aggregated figures — such as page views, the referring website, browser type and country — never anything that identifies you. Your calculator inputs are not included.

Preferences saved on your device

If you switch between kg and lb, or between the light and dark theme, the site remembers that choice using your browser’s local storage, so the next page opens the way you like it. Only those two settings are stored — never your weights, reps or other inputs — and they stay on your device; they are never sent to us or anyone else. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Share links

If you use “Copy share link”, your inputs are placed in the page address (for example?w=225&r=5&u=lb). That link stays on your device unless you choose to share it. Anyone you send it to — and any service you paste it into — can see those values.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is handled underCloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use this information to identify visitors.

If you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, keep it only as long as needed for that conversation, and never sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

External links

Pages link to outside sources, such as research references and Cloudflare. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or state laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because the only personal data we may hold is an email you sent us, you can exercise these rights by contacting us at strengthcalc.team@outlook.com. We do not sell or share personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics or advertising in the future — for example Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve and measure ads — we will update this policy before those features go live, describe what is collected and by whom, and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy last changed.
